Approximately twenty years ago, I took stock of my life- measured the “Wins” and “Losses” that shaped its course. I reflected on what God had done for me , what I had accomplished: I had raised a fabulous son as a single mother, celebrated an incredible career in Sales, and was surrounded by friends from every walk of life. I decided, It was time for me to pay what I had forward. I founded “Tall Results for Single Mothers” with one goal: To aid single moms achieve success. Early in my career I was given this advice; Do not work to make a living but work to make a difference.
Over these 20 years, I have mentored women – aiding in their careers, personal budgets, and family life. With the proceeds received through my consultation services, I pledge to continue to put “W’s” in their win column for life.

Currently enjoying her family in hometown Hot Springs, Arkansas, she is the founder of Tall Results, a company established in 1994 that has delivered impactful results to organizations of all sizes. Throughout her career, Debra has trained over 1,500 salespeople and provided strategic planning to senior management across the United States.
